Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended, although we will always do our best to meet the indicated timeframes.
Shipping Times
We ship internationally.
The estimated delivery time is up to 12 business days from the date the order is shipped, depending on the destination country and logistics carrier.
In most cases, orders arrive before the maximum estimated timeframe.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment at all times.
Delays

Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, we will contact you to offer a solution. Reshipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
